JJWins Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

Welcome to JJWins. JJWins is an online entertainment platform offering sports betting, casino games, live dealer games and other gaming products to eligible users. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the full agreement between you and JJWins regarding your use of our services.

By registering an account on JJWins, you confirm that you are entering into this agreement voluntarily, that you have the legal capacity to enter binding agreements under applicable law, and that you are using the platform for personal entertainment purposes only — not on behalf of any third party or business entity.

JJWins operates its platform for players who access it from jurisdictions where online gambling is lawful. To register and maintain an account on JJWins, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. JJWins strictly prohibits underage gambling. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending review.
• You must be a natural person — corporate accounts and registrations made on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You must not have a self-exclusion or account restriction currently active on JJWins or any affiliated platform.
• You must provide truthful, accurate and current information during registration. Providing false details — including name, date of birth, contact number or payment information — is grounds for immediate account closure without refund.
• You must be the sole owner and operator of your JJWins account. Account sharing is not permitted.

Each player may only hold one active account on JJWins. Duplicate accounts are not allowed. Deliberately maintaining multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different identities — will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals.

JJWins reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or as part of an ongoing account review. Standard documents accepted include a valid Pakistani CNIC, passport or driving licence. Proof of address and proof of payment method may also be requested. Failure to provide requested documents within the timeframe specified by JJWins may result in account suspension or withdrawal delays.

All financial transactions on JJWins are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). JJWins supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. There are no fees charged by JJWins on deposits or withdrawals through any supported payment method.

Deposits are processed immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits reflect in your JJWins balance within seconds. Bank IBFT deposits may take up to a few hours depending on interbank processing times outside JJWins' control. If a deposit has not reflected within the expected timeframe, contact JJWins support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are available to players with verified accounts. JJWins processes withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash for verified accounts within approximately 10 minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on interbank processing. JJWins reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal it deems necessary to review.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods that have been used to deposit into the same account — or to a verified account owned by the same registered player.
• JJWins does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Players must have met any applicable wagering requirements before a withdrawal is processed where bonus funds are involved.
• JJWins reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending identity verification or fraud review.

All sports bets placed on JJWins are subject to the specific market rules displayed in the relevant game or event section at the time of betting. The following general rules apply across all sports markets on JJWins:

• Bets are accepted only when sufficient funds are available in your JJWins balance at the time of placement.
• A bet is confirmed only when JJWins issues a bet confirmation receipt. A bet slip displayed on your screen prior to confirmation does not constitute an accepted bet.
• JJWins publishes odds in decimal format. The potential return shown in the bet slip includes your stake in the total return figure.
• Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those at the moment of confirmed acceptance, not those displayed when you initially added a selection to your slip.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to connection reliability. JJWins is not liable for bets that were not confirmed due to connection issues on the player's side.
• If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned or cancelled before the minimum number of overs, minutes or periods needed for a result, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned to your JJWins balance.
• JJWins reserves the right to void any bet where a palpable error in odds pricing is identified — for example, where odds were published significantly out of line with the correct market price due to a technical error.

PSL and cricket-specific market rules are detailed in the JJWins Cricket Betting and PSL Betting sections. For any disputed settlement, JJWins will review available evidence — including broadcast records and official scorecards — and its decision will be final.

JJWins offers casino games including but not limited to: live dealer games (Andar Bahar, roulette, blackjack, baccarat), jackpot slots, RNG table games, Aviator and other crash games. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface before play begins. By launching a game, you confirm that you have read and accepted those in-game rules.

All RNG casino games on JJWins use certified random number generators that are periodically audited by independent testing laboratories. RTP (Return to Player) figures are published in each game's information panel. The published RTP is a statistical average calculated over a very large number of rounds — it does not guarantee any specific outcome in any given session.

Live dealer games are broadcast from certified studios with real human dealers. Game results in live dealer titles are determined by the physical dealing of real cards or physical spinning of a roulette wheel — they are not controlled by software algorithms. JJWins is not responsible for technical issues originating from a third-party live dealer studio provider, though it will endeavour to resolve any disputes arising from such issues on a player's behalf.

JJWins offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each offer — including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet size during wagering, expiry periods and minimum odds requirements for sports betting bonuses. These specific terms take precedence over these general Terms and Conditions in the event of any conflict.

The following general bonus rules apply to all JJWins promotions unless the specific offer states otherwise:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed account verification with JJWins.
• Only one bonus can be active in your JJWins account at a time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they must be converted to real-money balance through the applicable wagering requirement before a withdrawal is permitted.
• JJWins reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer, modify its terms or cancel a bonus granted to a specific player if there is reason to believe the offer has been exploited, misused or claimed in violation of these terms.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment. Players who JJWins determines are systematically abusing bonus offers — through techniques such as matched betting, arbitrage or coordinated multi-account exploitation — may have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed.

Bonus-specific terms are always published clearly on the promotion page before a player opts in. JJWins recommends reading all bonus terms before accepting any offer to avoid unexpected restrictions on your account balance.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on JJWins and will result in account suspension, closure or legal action where appropriate:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on JJWins, including using different names, email addresses or device profiles to circumvent the single-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with JJWins games or markets in a way that is not representative of genuine player behaviour.
• Exploiting any technical bug, glitch or pricing error on the JJWins platform for financial gain. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be void and the account will be reviewed.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during account registration or verification.
• Collusion with other players, live dealers or any staff member to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market on JJWins.
• Using the JJWins platform for any money laundering activity, including depositing funds and withdrawing them without any genuine gaming activity.
• Threatening, harassing or abusing JJWins staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the JJWins platform using a VPN, proxy server or similar technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or account restrictions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the JJWins platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit any JJWins content without prior written permission.
• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code of any JJWins software or game.
• Use JJWins trademarks or brand elements in any context that could imply an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.
• Screen-scrape, crawl or otherwise automatically collect data from the JJWins platform for commercial purposes.

Any use of JJWins intellectual property beyond the scope of this personal-use licence requires explicit written authorisation from JJWins management. Unauthorised use will be pursued under applicable law.

JJWins provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While JJWins takes all reasonable steps to maintain platform availability and integrity, the following limitations apply:

• JJWins is not liable for losses arising from platform unavailability, technical outages, delayed odds updates or any interruption to service that is beyond JJWins' direct control.
• JJWins is not liable for any gambling losses you incur through the use of its platform. You accept that gambling involves risk and that any money wagered may be lost.
• JJWins is not liable for any loss caused by your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• In all cases, JJWins' maximum liability to any player for any cause of action shall not exceed the balance held in that player's JJWins account at the time the cause of action arose.

Nothing in this section limits JJWins' liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You may close your JJWins account at any time by contacting customer support. Before closure, JJWins will process any pending withdrawals of real-money balances and confirm the final account balance with you. Bonus funds that have not yet been converted through wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

JJWins reserves the right to close any account without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has been confirmed.
• The account holder is found to be under 18 years of age.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or other financial crime is suspected.
• The account holder has a self-exclusion or ban in force with JJWins or an affiliated platform.
• Continued maintenance of the account represents a regulatory or reputational risk to JJWins.

In cases of closure due to confirmed rule violations, JJWins may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited in full. JJWins will communicate the reason for closure and the outcome of any investigation to the affected player where legally permissible to do so.

JJWins reviews these Terms and Conditions regularly and reserves the right to amend them at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect player rights, obligations or the costs of using the platform — JJWins will provide at least 7 days' advance notice via email to the registered address on the affected account and/or a prominent notice on the JJWins platform.

Minor updates — such as typographical corrections, clarifications or formatting changes that do not alter the substance of any term — may be made without prior notice. The date at the top of this page reflects when the current version was last revised.

If you disagree with any amended terms, you have the right to close your account before the amendments take effect by contacting JJWins support. Continuing to use the JJWins platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
